Important Ordering Note: Due to the time and care required to prepare our slow-smoked meats, Brisket and Pastrami orders require a minimum purchase of 10 pounds per order. Thank you for understanding as we ensure the highest quality BBQ for every customer.
Specialty Meat Notice: To ensure the perfect barbeque flavors for your event, please place specialty meat orders, including our smoked meats, at least 21 days in advance. This allows our caterer to prepare the meats alongside delicious Southern sides.

Please Note: If you need to cancel your order for our barbeque catering, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The 25% deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in full payment due. We take pride in our barbeque flavors, including a variety of smoked meats and delicious Southern sides.
